Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all gold Honey Birdette tags and hygiene seals still securely attached.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

  Package and Post

  Carefully pack your items into their original packaging and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
